PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitoring and notification of Cisco HX cluster health including:Hard drive failure(s), node failure(s), cluster failure(s)
Monitoring and notification of service switch health including:
port failure, fan failure, power supply failure, switch failure
Monitoring and notification of distribution switch health including:
port failure, fan failure, power supply failure, switch failure
Notification to NOC for site network outages related to distribution switches Keep a Record of Warranty replacement/service for these switches.
Facilitate warranty replacement for failed components where service contracts/warranty coverage exists
Coordinate on-site warranty services, where applicable, with main site contact

EDUCATION & WORK HISTORY:
Minimum qualification: Graduate. Technical diploma is preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum six months experience in a technical role. Candidates with prior experience in network monitoring will be given priorityCOMMUNICATION SKILLS:
