Your responsibilities
Responsible for Handling returns – customer / Internal Testing, documentation, reporting to customer & BRAT RepairsResponsible for handling pre-dispatch testing for specific products / customers
Responsible for Site support for hardware diagnostics, Installation Audit
Responsible for giving hardware returns related information to quality
Responsible for co-ordination with support and quality
Responsible for Handling Preparation & Installation of Exhibition
Performing Hardware Testing, Pre – dispatch testing for specific modules / customers
On-site diagnosis and support, Reporting to customers – Acknowledgement, material status, repair offer, dispatch details etc, System update – JIRA, SAP
Your background
Diploma or Engineering or BSC from branch of Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, MechatronicsPreferred freshers or 1 - 2 years of experience in Quality & Repair function or service
Basic understanding of Industrial Automation systems like PLCs, HMI, motors, drives,
Reading writing and communication skills, in English and Hindi, [ in-general to manage day to day communications]
Customer Handling skills, flexible, collaborative, teamwork
Willing to travel up to 50 %. of time
